Flowers are selected at our florist’s discretion based on seasonal availability. Product images are a guide to the colour palette and style only; flower varieties and tones will vary. Suitable substitutions may be made while maintaining the overall look and value of your arrangement.
Signature Wrapping
Bouquets will be finished in Abloom’s signature grey wrapping, carefully selected to complement your flowers, creating a modern & elevated look.
As we’re transitioning from white to grey, your bouquet may differ from the images shown.

Frequently asked questions
Order Confirmation & Changes
Once your order is placed, it is automatically confirmed and scheduled for creation. Due to high order volume, we’re unable to manually confirm each order. Need to update anything? Contact us within 24 hours via chat. Inspiration photos act as a style guide, not an exact replica.
Will my flowers look exactly like the photo?
Each arrangement is uniquely handmade and may vary slightly depending on seasonal availability.
Our photos represent the overall style and colour palette you can expect.
What time will my flowers arrive?
Deliveries are made between 11AM–4PM (Mon–Sat) on your selected date.
Same-day orders may arrive between 1-5pm. You’ll receive real-time tracking once your blooms are on the way. Timing may vary based on location, traffic, and our daily route. We cannot guarantee specific-time deliveries.
Priority or Specific-Timed Delivery (8AM–12PM/5PM-8PM) may be arranged for an additional fee — simply leave a note in cart and we’ll contact you to confirm.
Alternatively, pickup is recommended for time-specific orders.
What if no one is home during delivery?
If no one is home, your flowers will be left in a safe, shaded spot at the property.
If this isn’t possible, the flowers will be returned to our studio and redelivery may incur an additional fee depending on distance.
Do you offer custom orders or corporate flowers?
For custom requests, please contact us before ordering. We will do our best to accommodate depending on availability and lead time.
