Delivery & Pickup Policy
Abloom delivers modern luxury flowers across Melbourne Metro, Monday to Saturday.
Order before 11am for same-day delivery or studio pickup, subject to availability.
Delivery Times
Our deliveries are completed as part of a carefully planned daily route, so exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed.
- Monday–Friday: 11am–4pm
- Saturday: 10am–4pm
Your flowers may arrive at any time within the applicable delivery window.
Priority / Specific-Timed Delivery between 8am-12pm and 5pm-8pm may be available for an additional fee.
Please leave a note at checkout or contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
We recommend ordering early for weekends and peak occasions, including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and graduation season.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are based on the distance from our Truganina studio and are calculated automatically at checkout. Fees start from $15 and vary by suburb.
We deliver throughout Melbourne Metro. Enter the delivery address at checkout to confirm availability and view the applicable fee.
If your suburb isn’t recognised, please contact us to see whether delivery can be arranged.
Recipient Availability
Please ensure the recipient is available to receive their flowers. Our driver may call or text the recipient if needed to complete the delivery.
If no one is available, the flowers may be left in a safe, secure and shaded location. If there is nowhere suitable to leave them, redelivery or collection may need to be arranged at an additional cost.
Abloom is not responsible for theft or damage occurring after a safe delivery has been completed, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Apartments, Businesses and Hospitals
Please provide all relevant unit numbers, access instructions, business hours and reception details when ordering.
Deliveries to apartments, workplaces, schools and hospitals may be left with reception, concierge or an authorised staff member. Please confirm that the location accepts flower deliveries before ordering.
Incorrect Addresses
Please carefully check the recipient’s address and contact details at checkout.
If incorrect or incomplete information causes a failed delivery, an additional redelivery fee may apply.
Studio Pickup
Pickup is available from our private studio in Truganina, VIC 3029 during business hours and by appointment only.
The exact pickup address will be sent by text or email once your order is ready. Please arrive within your selected pickup window.
Missed or abandoned pickups are not eligible for a refund.
Weather and Safety
Delivery times may be adjusted during extreme heat, severe weather or unsafe driving conditions to protect our team and the quality of your flowers.
We’ll contact you if a significant delay is expected.
Changes and Cancellations
Changes to delivery information must be requested at least six hours before your delivery window.
Orders that have already been sourced, prepared or dispatched cannot be cancelled or refunded for change of mind.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
