Welcome to Abloom.au. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before purchasing.

💐 1. General

Abloom.au (“we”, “our”, “us”) is an Australian-based florist business providing fresh floral arrangements, event flowers, and gift products.

By accessing or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.

🌿 2. Products & Availability

All floral arrangements are made using seasonal and market-available flowers.

While we aim to match every order exactly as shown, slight variations in flower types, colours, or wrapping may occur due to seasonal or supplier factors.

These natural variations are not considered product faults.

🎁 3. Orders & Payments

Orders must be placed through our website at www.abloom.au or via approved order forms.
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST.
Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is confirmed.
Once placed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once flowers are in preparation or dispatched.

🚚 4. Deliveries & Pickups

We deliver to selected areas across Melbourne. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details.
If the recipient is unavailable, flowers will be left in a safe location, or a re-delivery fee may apply.
Pick-up orders must be collected during the allocated time slot provided at checkout.

💌 5. Refunds, Returns & Replacements

Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

Because flowers are perishable, refunds are not available for change of mind.

If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

🪷 6. Event Bookings

Event flower bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date.

Final payment is due by the agreed date listed on your invoice.

Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable due to flower ordering and preparation costs.

We respect your privacy. Your personal details are used solely to process and deliver your order.
