Order Confirmation & Changes
Once your order is placed, it is automatically confirmed and scheduled for creation. Due to high order volume, we’re unable to manually confirm each order. Need to update anything? Contact us within 24 hours via chat. Inspiration photos act as a style guide, not an exact replica.
Will my flowers look exactly like the photo?
Each arrangement is uniquely handmade and may vary slightly depending on seasonal availability.
Our photos represent the overall style and colour palette you can expect.
What size bouquet should I purchase?
This will depend on the occasion and wow-factor you’re going for!
Mini — sweet gesture. Perfect for “thinking of you”, small surprises, or adding a pop of joy to someone’s day.
Medium — classic & most popular size, best for gifting. Ideal for birthdays, thank-yous, anniversaries and moments worth celebrating.
Large — the showstopper. Premium-sized bouquet ideal for anniversaries, romantic surprises and celebrations. Guarantees an impressed reaction (and alot of photos!)
X-Large — the unforgettable upgrade. Bold & lavish, made for proposals, anniversaries and celebrations that mean the world.
What time will my flowers arrive?
Deliveries typically occur between 8AM – 6PM.
You will receive a message once your blooms are on the way. Delivery times vary depending on your location & traffic.
If you need your blooms to arrive by a specific time (e.g., before 11AM), please mention it in the Order Notes section.
Please note delivery service on Sunday will incur surcharge.
Can I pick up my order instead?
Absolutely! You can choose Pickup at checkout.
We’ll email or text you once your flowers are ready for collection.
What if no one is home during delivery?
If no one is home, your flowers will be left in a safe, shaded spot at the property.
If this isn’t possible, the flowers will be returned to our studio and redelivery may incur an additional fee.
Do you offer custom orders or corporate flowers?
Of course! Whether it’s a branded gift, weekly office blooms, or a one-of-a-kind bouquet, we can tailor something special just for you.
