Next-Day Flower Delivery Across Melbourne Metro*. We deliver modern luxury bouquets and daily arrangements 7 days a week. Order before 8AM for same-day delivery or studio pick-up. Sunday orders cut-off: Friday 8:00 AM.
Pick-Up Policy
Pick-up your blooms from our private studio in Truganina 3029.
Available during business hours, visits are by scheduled pickup only.
How Pickup Works:
- We will text/email you confirming the exact pick-up address once your order is prepared.
- Please arrive within your chosen time window to ensure freshness and smooth handover.
No refunds are issued for missed or abandoned pickups.
Delivery Policy
Our deliveries are made as part of a curated daily route, so exact times can’t be guaranteed. Orders are typically delivered between 11am–6pm (Mon–Fri) and 10am–5pm (Sat–Sun) on your selected date.
If you need your flowers within a specific time window, Priority Delivery (8am–12pm) may be arranged for an additional fee — simply leave a note at checkout or contact us after placing your order.
We recommend ordering early for weekends and peak dates (Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Graduation season etc.).
Delivery Fees:
Delivery fees are based on distance from our Truganina studio:
• From $15 — local suburbs
• Up to $50 extended suburbs
• + $20 Sunday surcharge
Delivery fee is calculated automatically at checkout.
Recipient Availability:
Please ensure the recipient is available to receive their delivery.
If nobody is home, flowers may be left in a safe, shaded location at the address provided.
Abloom is not responsible for loss or damage after the delivery has been completed.
Delivery Confirmation
Once your order has been delivered, a confirmation message may be sent via text or email.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check delivery details at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address results in a failed delivery, additional fees may apply for redelivery.
Weather & Safety
We may delay deliveries in extreme heat or severe weather to protect the freshness and quality of your blooms.
Cancellations & Changes
• Changes to delivery details must be requested 6+ hours before your delivery window
• Orders already in transit or prepared cannot be cancelled or refunded
