Next-Day Flower Delivery Across Melbourne Metro. We deliver modern luxury bouquets and daily arrangements 7 days a week. Order before 10:00 PM for next-day delivery or studio pick-up.

 Pick-Up Policy

Free Studio Pickup — Derrimut or Point Cook

Pickup is available from either studio locations during business hours, visits are by scheduled pickup only.

Pickup time and location will be selected at checkout.

 How Pickup Works:

  • We will text/email you confirming the exact pick-up address once your order is prepared.
  • Please arrive within your chosen time window to ensure freshness and smooth handover.

No refunds are issued for missed or abandoned pickups.

 

Delivery Policy

Deliveries are made between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily.

While we do our best to accommodate timing requests, exact delivery windows are not guaranteed.

Deliveries are completed based on optimised delivery routes and the recipient’s location.

We recommend ordering early for weekends and peak dates (Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, etc.).

Delivery Fees:

Delivery fees are based on distance from our Derrimut/Point Cook studio:

• From $10 — local suburbs

• Up to $35 — extended suburbs

• + $20 Sunday surcharge

Delivery fee is calculated automatically at checkout.

Recipient Availability:

Please ensure the recipient is available to receive their delivery.

If nobody is home, flowers may be left in a safe, shaded location at the address provided.

Abloom is not responsible for loss or damage after the delivery has been completed.

Delivery Confirmation

Once your order has been delivered, a confirmation message may be sent via text or email.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check delivery details at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address results in a failed delivery, additional fees may apply for redelivery.

Weather & Safety

We may delay deliveries in extreme heat or severe weather to protect the freshness and quality of your blooms.

Cancellations & Changes

• Changes to delivery details must be requested 6+ hours before your delivery window

• Orders already in transit or prepared cannot be cancelled or refunded
