Order Confirmation & Changes
Once your order is placed, it is automatically confirmed and scheduled for creation. Due to high order volume, weโre unable to manually confirm each order. Need to update anything? Contact us within 24 hours via chat. Inspiration photos act as a style guide, not an exact replica.
Will my flowers look exactly like the photo?
Each arrangement isย uniquely handmadeย and may vary slightly depending on seasonal availability.
Our photos represent the overall style and colour palette you can expect.
What time will my flowers arrive?
Deliveries occur betweenย 11AM โ 6PM (Mon-Fri) and 10am-5pm (Sat-Sun) on your selected date.
You will receive real-time tracking once your blooms are on the way. Delivery times vary depending on your location, traffic and our curated daily route.
If you need your flowers within a specific time window, Priority Delivery (8amโ12pm) may be arranged for an additional fee โ simply leave a note at checkout and we will reach out to you.
Alternatively, pickup is a great option if you require your flowers at a specific time.
What if no one is home during delivery?
If no one is home, your flowers will be left in a safe, shaded spot at the property.
If this isnโt possible, the flowers will be returned to our studio and redelivery may incur an additional fee depending on distance.
Do you offer custom orders or corporate flowers?
For custom requests, please contact us before ordering. We will do our best to accommodate depending on availability and lead time.
